扶輪基金會計劃
目前，扶輪基金會贊助以下重要的計劃：
教育計劃
﹒ 大使獎學金—在外國大學之研究所及大學部念書（扶輪基 · Ambassadorial
金會之獎學金計劃是全球最大的民間贊助的獎學金計
劃）。獎學金學生擔任“親善大使”。短期停留的文化獎學金
學生以研習他國之語文及文化，但通常並沒有學分。
﹒ 大學教師獎助金—這些獎助金可用來提供大學教師到開
發中國家去執教並接受他國文化的洗禮。
﹒ 團體研究交換—是在不同國家的地區與地區間的交換計
劃。每一團體研究團包括了一位扶輪領導人(總監代表)以
及 4 位男、女或兩者的團員。而這些團員必需非扶輪社員
並且與扶輪社員沒有直接的關係。
﹒ 扶輪和平及衝突研究計劃(以前稱為扶輪和平論壇)—每年
提供至多 60 位全世界的專業人士來接受解決衝突及建立
和平策略訓練的機會。這個計劃主要對象是政府機關、非
政府機構(NGOs)及私人公司中之中、上層級之專業人
士。它是於泰國曼谷朱拉隆功大學的扶輪和平及衝突研究
中心為期三個月之研究課程。
﹒ 和平獎學金學生—另外一項新的計劃是扶輪國際研究中
心，該計劃提供 60 位獎學生在在六所大學中心研究解決
衝突以及達到世界和平之種種問題。
人道計劃
人道獎助金能促使扶輪社員增加去對他們的國際服務計劃
的支持。扶輪社員之參與乃是這些計劃成功之要件。
地區簡化獎助金—在家鄉或國外去支援地區的親手服務活
動或人道所作的努力。這些計劃是利用地區指定用途基金
(DDF)。(請參閱分享制度計劃)。

ROTARY FOUNDATION PROGRAMS
At the present time, the Rotary Foundation sponsors the
following major programs:
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
Scholarships - for graduate and
undergraduate study in universities in other countries (RF
scholarship program is the largest privately sponsored
scholarship program in the world). Scholars serve as
"ambassadors of good will." Shorter duration Cultural
Scholars study the language and culture of another country,
but often not for academic credit.
· Grants for University Teachers - grants are available for
university teachers to teach in developing nations and to be
exposed to the cultures" of another country.
· Group Study Exchange - is a program of exchanges
between districts in different countries. Each group study
team consists of a Rotarian leader (the governor's
representative) and four men, women or both. The team
members must be non-Rotarians and not directly related to
a Rotarian.
· Rotary Peace & Conflict Studies Program (formerly The
Rotary Peace Forum) provides up to 60 professionals
around the world annually the opportunity to be trained in
conflict resolution and peace-building strategies. The
program is targeted at mid to upper level professionals in
governments, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and
private companies. It is a 3 month course of study
established at The Rotary Center for Peace and Conflict
Studies, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand.
· Peace Fellows -Another new program is the Rotary Centers
for International Studies which will sponsor up to 60 fellows
in 6 university centers for the study of conflict resolution and
the problems of attaining world peace.
HUMANITARIAN PROGRAMS
Humanitarian Grants enable Rotarians to increase their
support of international service projects. Rotarian
participation is key to the success of these projects.
District Simplified Grants - support hands-on district service
activities or humanitarian endeavors at home or abroad. The
program utilizes District Designated Funds (DDF). (See the
SHARE Program).
