Strategic Planning Guide
程序 Process
策略規劃可以用以下的程序來加以研發,用附帶之工作 A strategic plan can be developed by completing the process
表來記錄你的構想 below. Use the accompanying worksheet to record your ideas.
1. 我們目前在那裡? 1. Where are we now?
● 描述貴社目前之狀況 • Describe your club’s current state.
● 集思廣益貴社之長處及短處 • Brainstorm your club’s strengths and weaknesses.
2. 我們要何去何從? 2. Where do we want to be?
﹒ 製作一份你希望在從今以後 3 年內於貴社內你想看到 • Create a list of 5-10 characteristics that you would like to see

﹒ 草擬一句願景聲明,去敘述貴社從今以後 3 年內之願 • Draft a one-sentence vision statement describing your club

3. 我們如何達到該目標? 3. How do we get there?
● 集思廣益會協助貴社在三年內可完成之願景,可考慮: • Brainstorm three-year goals that will help your club achieve
the vision, considering:
- 該社的長處及短處 – Strengths and weaknesses of the club
- 國際扶輪與其基金會的計劃與使命 – Programs and missions of RI and its Foundation
- 所有的社員的參與 – Involvement of all members
- 三年內可達成 – Achievability in three years
﹒ 根據參與者一致意見,列出三年目標之優先次序。成立 ● Prioritize the three-year goals based on participant
