The Rotary Foundation welcomes a number of opportunities to show its appreciation to individuals and clubs for personal outright
contributions supporting its humanitarian and educational programs.
個人表揚機會 Individual Recognition Opportunities

扶輪基金贊助會員 ROTARY FOUNDATION SUSTAINING MEMBER
扶輪基金贊助會員(RFSM)是對扶輪年度計畫基金每年做出至少 US$100 捐贈的人. 這樣的捐
贈可以累計計算成為保羅哈里斯之友，多次捐贈保羅哈里斯之友，保羅哈里斯協會，巨額捐贈，
和社內表揚. 聯絡您的社長以得到年度扶輪基金贊助會員徽章貼紙以表彰您的貢獻.
A Rotary Foundation Sustaining Member (RFSM) is an individual who personally contributes US$100 or
more each year to the Annual Programs Fund. These contributions also count toward Paul Harris
Fellow, Multiple Paul Harris Fellow, Paul Harris Society, Major Donor, and club recognition. Contact
your Rotary club president to obtain the annual RFSM badge sticker in appreciation of RFSM
achievement.
保羅哈里斯之友 PAUL HARRIS FELLOW
保羅哈里斯之友 (PHF)是為了表揚對扶輪年度計畫基金、根絕小兒麻痺基金、小兒麻痺等疾病
夥伴計畫、人道獎助金等，年度做出至少 US$1,000 捐贈的人，或被其他捐贈人指定的受獎人。
表揚所用的物品包括一份證書、領章。特別是懸掛式的大獎章必須向國際扶輪購滿（15 元美金）。
Paul Harris Fellow (PHF) recognition is given in appreciation to anyone who contributes, outright or
cumulatively – or in whose name is contributed – a gift of US$1,000 or more to the Annual Programs
Fund, PolioPlus, PolioPlus Partners or the Humanitarian Grants program. The recognition consists of a
certificate, pin. The medallion must be ordered from RI separately (US$15).

有時侯， 捐贈者希望以事業或集團的名義做出 US$1,000 的捐贈， 因為保羅哈里斯之友是一

Occasionally, a donor contributes US$1,000 and wishes to recognize a business or organization. In
these instances, since Paul Harris Fellow recognition can only be presented to individuals, a Certificate
of Appreciation is given instead.

Multiple Paul Harris Fellow recognition is extended at
subsequent $1,000 levels (e.g., $2,000, $3,000). 6,000 至 6,999.99 – 五顆藍寶石
Recognition consists of a pin with additional stones 7,000 至 7,999.99 - 一顆紅寶石
corresponding to the recipient’s recognition amount 8,000 至 8,999.99 -二顆紅寶石

保羅哈里斯協會 PAUL HARRIS SOCIETY
保羅哈里斯協會是一個屬於地區管理的協會，主要是為了保楊那些承諾對扶輪年度計畫基金、
根絕小兒麻痺基金、小兒麻痺等疾病夥伴計畫、人道獎助金等，每年度做出至少 US$1,000 捐
贈的人，每一地區負責管理相關的表揚儀式，有關的資訊同樣也得向地區辦公室詢問。保羅哈
里斯協會的所有捐贈同時讓受獎人可以累積扶輪基金會的扶輪基金贊助會員、保羅哈里斯之
友、多次捐贈保羅哈里斯之友及巨額捐贈的表彰。
The Paul Harris Society is a district-administered recognition for those who elect to personally contribute
US$1,000 or more each year to the Annual Programs Fund, PolioPlus, PolioPlus Partners or the
Humanitarian Grants program. Individual districts handle all associated recognition for this program,
and inquiries should be directed accordingly. Paul Harris Society contributions are eligible toward
Rotary Foundation Sustaining Member, Paul Harris Fellow, Multiple Paul Harris Fellow, and Major Donor
Recognition
巨額捐獻 MAJOR DONOR
扶輪基金會表揚個人或夫妻加起來的個人捐贈達
US$10,000，不管當初的指定捐贈人為誰。巨額捐
獻人可以決定接受一個水晶雕像及領章，每當總捐 US $10,000 至 24,999.99 –第一級
贈到達一個新的表彰層級時。 25,000 至 49,999.99 – 第二級
The Rotary Foundation recognizes those individuals or 50,000 至 99,999.99 –第三級
couples whose combined personal giving has reached 100,000 至 499,999.99 – 第四級
US$10,000, regardless of the gift designation. Major 500,000 至 999,999.99 – 第五級
Donors may elect to receive a crystal recognition piece 大於或等於 1,000,000 – 第六級级
and pin(s) commemorating the gift at each new
recognition level.
